Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th March 10am to 4pm

Lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy including:

Brand new gym facility

Body composition testing and exercise and lifestyle advice

Clases - including virtual cycling and yoga

Children's activities - bouncy castle, trampoline, soft play and lots more

Squash courts

Promotions and competitions

Meet & Greet with our cuddly mascot 'Pooch'
