Kids Meditation Class
Saturday 7th September – 2pm to 3pm

£4 per child, adults free (children must be accompanied by an adult)
In these light-hearted and fun classes, children of all ages are welcome to come along and learn how to cultivate inner peace and a happy heart by developing their good qualities.
Each class will include a short meditation, teaching and activities to help children increase their positive minds of patience, giving and loving-kindness.
(Also on Saturday 9th November – 2pm to 3pm)

There is no parking available at the centre, however, there is some parking on the high street and there are two nearby car parks.
Cottis Lane Car Park: Charges between 7.30am – 6pm, Monday to Sunday (free after 6pm)
Bakers Lane Car Park: Charges between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Sunday (free after 6pm)
Free parking in the High Street after 6pm
