About
North Weald Family Fun Day at North Weald Airfield is a great day out plus the finishing point for a Motorcycle Run raising money for Essex and Herts Air Ambulance (based at North Weald).
Entry is FREE but a donation is welcome.
Motorcyclists are invited to join the hundreds of riders who, last year raised £15,000 for the air ambulance charity. This year the 60 mile rules starts from Hertfordshire Constabulary Headquarters in Welwyn Garden City and ends at North Weald Airfield. Entry details HERE.
Come and cheer the bikes as they arrive then admire them parked up and help raise money for this great cause by visiting the stalls or making a donation.
Family Fun Day
As well as welcoming in the hundreds of bikers that are on their way from Welwyn Garden City you can also expect a range of fun filled activities and entertainment. Formerly known as the Essex Motorcycle Show, this show has been kitting out bikers for years! Take a look at what we have in store for you.

We are pleased to announce ART rider training school will once again be at the event plus the Two Brothers Racing Stunt Team.
Bands
Once again there will be live bands to keep you entertained.
Food and Refreshments
There will be a variety of food and refreshments stands available on the day including hog roast, fish & chip and burgers.

Getting to NorthWeald Airfield.
From the M11, take the A414 towards Ongar / Chelmsford. At the first roundabout take the second exit and continue straight over the second roundabout and up to the final roundabout, doubling back to enter at the Main B Gate.
Public Transport Directions
London Underground – take the Central Line to Epping Station. British Rail to Harlow Station from Liverpool Street or Cambridge via Stansted Airport.
By air: North Weald Radio 123.525. TMZ Squawk 7010 Mode C or S when talking to North Weald. The Airfield is open from 0830 to 1900 or sunset + 30 minutes local time, whichever is earlier. Fire Cover Cat 1.
