An opportunity to reconnect with nature using the most powerful memories through music. A wonderful way to have fun and feel uplifted through the medicinal qualities of music that relate to nature.
How many songs can you recall that mention ‘Sunshine’, ‘River’, ‘Fields’, ‘Mountain’ or ‘Moon’?
These activity sessions will consist of listening and singing along to any songs that have lyrics referring to nature. Some will be pre-planned however do bring along the names of some of your own favourites so we can also play and sing to these.
Throughout the session there will be a selection of photos displayed of the artists who sang some of these famous songs as well as some nature scenes to give us the chance to reminisce.
If you would like, you can also bring along the name(s) of some of your own favourite songs that have lyrics referring to nature so we can also play and sing along to these.
