Join us at the Epping Community Fete to support the Ford RideLondon-Essex riders and take part in a range of fun activities.
The Epping Community Fete will be open from 8.30am to 12.30pm on Sunday 26 May 2024 outside the Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) Civic Offices in Epping High Street.
There is something for all the family including:
Smoothie bikes
Face painting
Pavement art
Stalls from local partners
Tombola
Music performances
Taster activities
Bike Competition
To celebrate RideLondon-Essex, Cycle King, one of the sponsors of the Epping Community Fete, has donated 2 bicycles to be won.
Win a Children’s bike
To be in with a chance of winning a children’s bike you need to:
Step 1. Colour and decorate the bike template – you can make it as crazy and bold as you like and create your own background too.

Step 2. Please fill in your first name and age (children must be 5+ to enter)
Step 3. Ask an adult to upload a photo of your finished design and tag EFDC Community Development and Wellbeing team on Facebook or Instagram:

Step 4. Email your entry to mpickett@eppingforestdc.gov.uk stating parent/guardian contact details.
Closing date for entries is Sunday 12 May 2024. The winner will be notified by Thursday 23 May 2024.
Win an adult’s bike
Join us at the Epping Community Fete on Sunday 26 May and complete an evaluation form for the chance of winning an adult bike.
The winner will be announced at the fete on Sunday 26 May, where they can collect their bike or arrange collection from a Cycle King store.
