A must for crafters and wool enthusiasts, the first wool show for 2026 is the popular annual Waltham Abbey Wool Show. Tickets: £8 in advance from Diana Bensted t/a The Crochet Chain event tickets from TicketSource.
10am tickets are limited and will only be available online - NO 10am tickets at the door. This is to help manage numbers at the start. 11:30am and 1pm tickets will be available at the door. Tickets purchased for 10am, are full day tickets, giving you the flexibility to arrive at any time after 10am. For 11.30am and 1pm you cannot enter the venue before the time stated on your ticket. Accompanied Primary school age children are free to enter. Secondary age pupils need to purchase tickets. Carers accompanying a ticket holder can access the show for free. If you purchase a group of 8 or more tickets (at one time) you will receive one ticket free. There are no other concessions. No Dogs other than guide/assistance dogs allowed.

The Delta Marriott Hotel Waltham Abbey is next to junction 26 on the M25. Upon leaving the motorway in a clockwise direction, take the second exit at the roundabout at the end of the sliproad. Leaving in an anti-clockwise direction, take the fourth exit from the roundabout at the end of the sliproad (travelling under the M25) and then the third exit at the next roundabout. The Waltham Abbey Marriott is directly in front of you.
Directions from London Stansted Airport: Southbound M11 to M25, then westbound on M25 to Junction 26.
Directions from London Heathrow Airport: M4 westbound to M25, then northbound M25 to junction 26
Directions from London City Airport: Drive North from city Airport on M11, Take M25 Junction towards M1,A1,Watford (Not Dartford Tunnel) Leave M25 at Junction 26, at first roundabout turn right and go under the M25. The Waltham Abbey Marriott is directly in front of you.
