Extinct Express - Dinosaur Journey

This event starts on the park and ride (or tube and ride!) vintage bus service from Epping station. 

Travel back thousands of years as you board a vintage steam train at the Epping Ongar Railway for a pre-historic day out like no other!

• Meet baby dinosaurs up close as they move through the carriages
• Learn, watch and interact along the journey
• Every child receives a free storybook, activity sheet with crayons, and a steam train-shaped biscuit

Board a vintage bus at Epping TfL Station, where you can park the car, which will take you to the steam railway. The real excitement begins once the train departs from the station as some pre-historic passengers and their handlers will be climbing aboard. 

During your journey you will meet our baby dinosaurs and their rangers up close as they make their way through the carriages. Children will have the chance to see, learn about and interact with a number of dinosaurs along the way!

Every child will receive a free dinosaur storybook, activity sheet with crayons, and a steam train shaped biscuit to keep them busy during the journey.

Once the train returns, the vintage bus will be waiting to take you back to the TfL station for the your oward journey or to pick up your car.
