ABOUT:
Improving your health is as easy as riding a bike! Get ready for RideLondon, the world’s greatest festival of cycling, with a new format, a new partnership with Essex County Council and a new three-day UCI Women’s World Tour road race.
Let the Cycling for Health team help you get your family ready for the action. The Family rides are a fixed distance so those taking part can take their time. These rides are suitable for families with children 8 years and over.

Cycling is a great activity that can help you and your family get active and improve your health, cycling is a very low impact activity so it can be enjoyed by absolutely everyone.
The routes are generally traffic free as we stick to bridleways and paths.
