Tickets: Online - Adults £6, Children 3-16yrs) £4, Under 3 - free. On the gate - Adults £7, Children £5. No dogs

- Event Timings - Gates open at 5.30pm Firework Display starts at 7pm.
- All tickets are electronic. Tickets may be printed to show on the door but this is not required and tickets can be displayed on phones on arrival.
- Ticket purchases are non-refundable
- The Firework Display will take place in most weather conditions and will only be cancelled in severe weather conditions /wind speeds which render it unsafe to proceed.
- In the unlikely event that the event is unable to go ahead on Saturday 8th November, we plan to hold the event on Sunday 9th November – following the original timescales and with all subsidiary services (BBQ, bar etc) in place.
- If the event is postponed from Saturday 8th to Sunday 9th November all original tickets will remain valid. By purchasing tickets you agree that you are able to attend either date, and refunds will not be made for those unable to attend either date.
- In the very unlikely event that the event is cancelled, we will not automatically provide a refund for pre-purchased tickets. If we are unable to hold the event and you would like to request a refund, please contact us via fostas1@st-andrews-northweald.essex.sch.uk and refunds will be honoured. We have taken this decision after careful consideration as we are aware that many local supporters may wish to donate their ticket price to these worthy local causes.
- While we plan to run a safe, family friendly event, admission is at your own risk. The 3rd North Weald Scout Group and/or FOSTAS and its affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property.
- Your safety and security is important to us and every step will be taken to ensure that the event is run with this in mind. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all attendees please note the following:
- Please do not bring Sparklers as we have a safe space to purchase and use these.
- Please support our causes by not bringing your own food and alcohol onto the school grounds (bringing alcohol also compromises our alcohol licence!)
- No dogs are permitted at the event
